Mr. Brian J. West is an ACTAR Accredited Traffic Homicide Investigator and a recently retired Police Officer with over 25 years of experience in both Military and Civilian Law Enforcement. He served as the Lead Traffic Homicide Investigator with Kissimmee Police Department from January 2012 through September 2020. He provides full service crash reconstruction services, expert witness testimony and consulting, traffic crash investigations training, and event data recorder data retrieval and analysis.
